To sing in a contest, you must fill out a Contestant Entry Form (CJ-20).

 When you click the link below, you'll go to the BHS Members Only web page where you must first login, and then scroll down and click the CJ-20 link under Contest & Judging Community. Fill out that form, click Submit, then close the window which should bring you back to this window.
